The rest, as they say, is history.  His vision was clear from the first event: to usher in a new era of exhibitions with a focus on offering an unmatched experience, vast selection of trendy products and customized for an omni-channel world. Since then it has been a leader in growing the fashion exhibition category with its blend of meticulous planning, careful selection of designers, cutting-edge marketing, online-offline connect, a highly scalable model and smart execution.

“Building authentic relationships and offering an unparalleled experience have marked our story of leadership in fashion, jewellery, bridal & luxury exhibitions,” says Hi Life’s MD & CEO, Dominic.

He believes in the philosophy – work hard and play hard. He demands the same zeal from his employees, emphasizing the importance of passion, commitment, and vision. With more than thirty years of experience in the exhibition industry, he has overseen nearly 3,000 exhibitions around the world.

A true globetrotter, Dominic has travelled more than 55 countries for both business as well as leisure and enjoys local cuisines. When in India, he travels up to 7 days a week managing exhibitions that are often held concurrently across cities.

Patrick plays a key role in collaborating with external agencies, leading the accounts as well as support functions and identifying emerging opportunities along with the CEO. He is a veteran with over 30 years of experience in administration, operations and logistics across industries and companies.

Patrick has played a key role in mapping out an organizational structure and career path for associates with well-defined roles and responsibilities. He believes in investing in new technologies and marketing activities that will lead to more footfalls and business for the exhibitors and better experience for the customers.

A keen believer in the power of deep insights and data mining, Patrick coordinates with external agencies for market intelligence, strategy inputs as well as media relations. “We are bullish on analytics that capitalise on all customer data available to us, gaining insights into shopping patterns, preferences and trends, to identify new opportunities for growth,” says Patrick.
